Reclaim Balance, Purpose, & Creative Spark.
Psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for thoughtful professionals navigating burnout, anxiety, and life transitions.
Serving adults in NY, CT, and NJ via telehealth.
Hi, I’m Dr. Seyi Adeyinka (pronounced Shay-ee Ah-deh-YIN-kah).
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist trained at NYU and Yale.
I work with adults who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my patients are professionals in tech, law, medicine, academia, finance, and the creative fields, as well as people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals carrying cultural, relational, or identity-based stress.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more regulated, and more like yourself.

lifestyle changes that support medication and therapy
These elements are integrated into your regular visits.
-
Modern mental health care often separates therapy and medication into different providers. At Bloom, these elements are thoughtfully integrated.
Each visit combines:
psychotherapy
medication management when appropriate
practical tools for nervous-system regulation and wellbeing
This approach allows us to focus on what matters most while building change gradually over time.
