Who is Bloom For?

Bloom Integrative Psychiatry is designed for high-achieving professionals—including POC & LGBTQ+ innovators—grappling with burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, or identity transitions. Care is culturally attuned, trauma-informed, and paced to honor your readiness. If you crave a space where ambition and authenticity can coexist, you’ll feel at home here.

How we’ll work together

  • We hop on a brief video or phone chat. You share what’s bringing you here; I share how I work. Together we decide if moving forward feels right.

    • We explore your story—medical, psychological, social, and cultural.

    • We map current symptoms, sources of stress, and sparks of strength.

    • We outline initial goals (e.g., “sleep through the night,” “feel less stuck at work,” “prepare for ketamine treatment”).

    • You leave with a preliminary plan and clear next steps.

  • I synthesize our intake into a written roadmap. It weaves together:

    1. Medication Recommendations – evidence‑based options plus what to watch for.

    2. Therapy Focus – core themes, desired frequency (weekly, bi‑weekly, or an intensive block).

    3. Lifestyle Targets – bite‑size actions for sleep, nutrition, movement, and breathwork.

  • Therapy + Medication Management (45 min)
We usually meet weekly or every other week. These sessions weave talk therapy with careful medication check‑ins—tracking progress, fine‑tuning doses, and practicing new skills in real time.

    Medication‑Only Check‑In (25 min)
Once things are steady, we can stretch these visits to every 4–12 weeks. We review side effects, make dose tweaks, and order labs when needed—quick, focused, and practical.

    • Secure Messaging Portal – brief questions, refill requests, and resource sharing.

    • Digital Handouts & Trackers – sleep logs, mood apps, breathwork recordings.

    • Care Coordination – with outside therapists, primary‑care physicians, or other healers (with your consent).

  • Every 4–6 sessions we pause for a mini‑review:

    • Standardized mood or anxiety scales.

    • Your own “success markers” (e.g., fewer 3 a.m. wake‑ups, better focus at work).

    • Adjust plan—step down meds, step up therapy intensity, or celebrate wins and pivot to maintenance.

Each touchpoint is a deliberate way to reconnect with your body, rebalance your nervous system, and re‑imagine fulfillment on your terms.

Fees

  • Comprehensive Intake Evaluation — 75 minutes, $600

  • Medication‑Only Follow‑Up — 25 minutes, $350

How Billing Works

  • Private‑Pay Only
I do not bill insurance companies. This keeps our work flexible, private, and tailored to your needs.

  • Superbills for Reimbursement
After each month of sessions, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out‑of‑network reimbursement. Many PPO plans will cover a portion once you meet your deductible—check your benefits for exact details.

  • Payment Methods
Credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is processed at the time of each appointment.

  • Sliding‑Scale Spots
A limited number of reduced‑fee slots are held for clients with financial need. If cost is a barrier, let me know and we can discuss.

  • Cancellation Policy
Life happens—just give 24  hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late‑canceled appointments are billed at the full fee.

Let’s get to know each other.
